Annotations for the interactionfigure legend:fig. 2
comment:"\"The results confirmed that the receptors’ association was reduced in the presence of CXCR2 ligands, but not affected by GPR17 modulation. When the two receptors were stimulated simultaneously (i.e., IL-8 + Asinex 1), the inhibitory effect of IL-8 on heterodimers formation was almost completely lost. In contrast, when the GPR17 agonist was combined with the CXCR2 antagonist SB225002, the significant decrease in GPR17::CXCR2 interaction persisted. Overall, these results suggest that GPR17 agonist can modulate differently the degree of GPR17::CXCR2 interaction in response to CXCR2 agonist vs. antagonist.\""
